Refund policy

Returns

My great hope is that you will be entirely happy with your purchase, but if not I do have a 14-day return/echange policy, This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return and I will refund you the amount of your purchase for store credit or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

You will be responsible for the return shipping cost and will not be refunded the original shipping cost.

To start a return, you can contact me at coldrainandsnowjewelry@gmail.com.  If your return is accepted I will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.
